The check-in process was smooth, and the
room was nicely decorated and comfortable. However, I did experience issues with the WiFi connection, which made it difficult to work during my stay. Overall, it’s a decent place for relaxation and work, but improvements could be made.

would definitely return
Rooms were super spacious and clean. They had a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and mini-fridge. The gym was nice, and the breakfast. oh man, it had a lot of varieties, but the hot food was kinda bland. Staff were friendly, though there was a little wait for the TV remote fix. Overall a good place for a short stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 31spacious roomindoor poolhealth clubslow administration
The Superior Double Room features a spacious layout and excellent flow of water, providing a comfortable stay. An indoor pool and a well-equipped health club with complimentary sauna and steam room elevate relaxation after a long day.
The hotel could improve by installing a large water dispenser in the lobby to cut down on single-use plastics. Additionally, pricing for drinks is on the steep side, with a cup of tea costing 700 shillings—more than a beer—which seems excessive. Slow administrative processes are also a drawback. check-in and check-out could benefit from automation, as even simpler tasks took longer than expected.
