The gym was nice, and the breakfast. oh man, it had a lot of varieties, but the hot food was kinda bland. Staff were friendly, though there was a little wait for the TV remote fix. Overall a good place for a short stay.

Additionally, pricing for drinks is on the steep side, with a cup of tea costing 700 shillings—more than a beer—which seems excessive. Slow administrative processes are also a drawback. check-in and check-out could benefit from automation, as even simpler tasks took longer than expected.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a refreshing indoor pool, and attentive 24-hour service. On my first stay, staff helped me with technical issues, which I appreciated. I highly recommend it for a relaxing city break!
